HDF board, or high-density firberboard is an engineered wood product made of fibers, density is above 830kg/m3. It is formed by grinding and hot pressing the submerged wood and combining it with urea-formaldehyde resin or other adhesives.HDF board is characterized by a smooth surface,soft texture, high strength, uniform density,impact resistance, workability etc.ltis fit for indoor and outdoor decoration , and is increasingly used to marufacture furniture, anti-static flooring, wall panels, partitons, and security doors.HDF is also a good packaging material.

Manufacturing Technique
The general steps used to produce HDF Board include mechanical pulping of wood chips to fibers(refining), drying, blending fibers with resin and sometimes wax, forming the resinated material into a mat, and hot pressing. After pressing, the boards are cooled, sanded(as customer requested), trimmed, and sawed to final dimensions. Finally, the finished product is packaged for shipment after our quality inspector checking.
